Refund & Clarity Policy

Important: This is an educational training program. We are committed to being transparent about what is — and what is not — included.
1. Nature of the Product
The ₹499 access fee gives you immediate digital access to:
- Practical form-filling training eBook
- Guided practice assignments
- Sample workflow examples
- Onboarding guidance via WhatsApp/call
- Live project orientation
- Freelancer basics and client workflow module
Because this is a digital, instantly delivered educational product, refund eligibility is limited as described below.
2. Training Access Policy
Once payment is confirmed, you receive immediate access to the training content. The fee covers the educational material and onboarding effort that is delivered upfront, regardless of whether the participant completes the full program.
3. Onboarding Support Clarity
Our team commits to:
- Reaching out to you on WhatsApp/call within reasonable business hours after enrollment.
- Explaining the workflow, assignment process, and project guidelines.
- Answering reasonable program-related queries during onboarding.
4. Refund Conditions
A refund may be considered only in the following cases:
- If, after payment, our onboarding team is unable to connect with you for more than 7 working days despite multiple attempts on the contact details you provided.
- If the training material was not delivered due to a technical issue on our end and could not be resolved.
- Duplicate payment for the same enrollment.
Refund requests are not honoured solely on the basis of change of mind, lack of follow-through, missed deadlines, or inability to qualify for project payouts.
5. Non-Guaranteed Results
Project access and payouts (up to ₹12,000 per eligible completed project) are explicitly performance-based. The program does not guarantee:
- Specific income levels.
- A specific number of project assignments.
- Employment, contracts, or freelance placements.
- Outcomes that depend on participant accuracy, effort, or compliance.
6. Project Eligibility Clarification
Live project access is granted to eligible participants who complete onboarding, demonstrate clarity of the workflow, and commit to the accuracy guidelines. Eligibility is at the program team’s discretion and is not automatic upon payment.
7. How to Request a Refund / Clarification
- Send a refund request from your registered email to helpcenter.work@gmail.com within 7 days of payment.
- Include your registered name, phone number, and a clear reason that meets the conditions in Section 4.
- Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
