Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before enrolling in our program. By purchasing access or using any part of this platform, you agree to the terms below.

1. Program Overview

Skill Nest India offers a beginner-friendly educational program focused on practical form-filling workflow understanding, guided assignments, and project orientation. The program is purely educational in nature and is designed to help participants build clarity around remote workflow processes.

2. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate registration details (Name, Phone, Email).
• Complete the training material in good faith and follow the workflow as taught.
• Use the training content solely for personal learning — not for resale or redistribution.
• Respond to onboarding communication from our support team in a timely manner.

3. Accuracy Requirements

Form-filling work depends on strict accuracy standards. Participants are expected to follow the accuracy and quality guidelines shared during onboarding. Submissions that do not meet the required standards may not qualify for project review or payouts.

4. Project Eligibility

Project access is provided only to participants who:

• Successfully complete the training and onboarding process.
• Demonstrate understanding of the workflow during the orientation phase.
• Adhere to the assignment guidelines and submission process.

Project eligibility is at the discretion of the program team and depends on demonstrated capability and compliance.

5. Submission Guidelines

All assigned tasks/projects must be submitted within the specified timeline and format. Failure to meet timeline, accuracy, or formatting standards may result in disqualification from project payouts.

6. Performance Review

Submissions are reviewed against required guidelines and accuracy benchmarks. The review process is final and based on objective criteria shared during onboarding.

7. Certificate Eligibility

A completion certificate may be issued to participants who successfully complete the training, onboarding, and assigned project process within the program timeline.

8. Payment & Payout Conditions

• The one-time access fee of ₹499 is for educational training, materials, onboarding guidance, and project orientation.
• Possible project-based payouts (up to ₹12,000 per eligible completed project) are subject to performance, accuracy compliance, and successful project review.
• Payouts are not guaranteed and depend entirely on participant eligibility and quality of submitted work.
• Payout processing timelines and methods will be communicated by the support team upon successful project completion.

9. Prohibited Misuse

• Sharing, reselling, or redistributing the training content in any form.
• Using fake or impersonated identities during onboarding.
• Submitting fraudulent, plagiarized, or AI-spammed work.
• Misrepresenting the program as a guaranteed job opportunity to others.

10. Support Limitations

Our team provides reasonable onboarding and clarification support during business hours. Support is limited to program-related queries and does not include personal career counselling or guaranteed placement assistance.

11. Intellectual Property

All training materials, eBooks, workflow examples, and program content are the intellectual property of Skill Nest India and are protected by applicable copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

12. Changes to the Program

We may update the program structure, training material, payout terms, or these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated through email or WhatsApp where applicable.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in the program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with the registration.
